Carpark along the Lake Longemer on D67, departure of the excursion close to the camp-site “jonquils”.
Facility of parking per parking space all the length of D67. Beginning of the excursion towards the ball of the devil marked out round yellow, one goes up towards this granite dome with a superb sight on the Lake Longemer, one curves between the trees close to the culminating point one leaves the yellow round beaconing to follow that in red round and one finds the ball of the devil on our excursion. We go down again towards the Country cottage of Lispach (turn of the yellow lake disc) and to admire this splendid peat bog and to set out again towards the Collet of the Mine while passing in front of the copper mine then return towards Longemer by the Rock of the Old Horses (yellow disc) one then crosses the barrier of the 1000 m by Thatch of Fachepremont descent towards the red lake in trianle. Top of the rock view-point one has a unspoilable view on the Lake Xonrupt-Longemer in a bosky bower.
